Company profile

A South-Bohemian construction company with its own resources and a stable team — since 1992.

Who we are

Three decades of construction you can rely on

The Zvánovec construction company was founded on 14 October 1992 by its owner and director, Mr Jaroslav Zvánovec. It was spun off from the state enterprise Zemědělské stavby České Budějovice, which was well known for its construction work.

By carefully selecting the best people, the owner built a strong organisation founded on technical and manual staff with high expertise, experience and craftsmanship. Together with solid equipment, this guarantees high-quality work.

On 1 August 2000 the firm was transformed into a joint-stock company. Today it employs 99 main-construction workers and 25 administrative staff — all with the appropriate education and experience in construction.

Mission

ZVÁNOVEC a.s. aims to be a construction company offering customers a broad range of structures and comprehensive services at EU quality standards, to provide shareholders the expected return on invested capital, and to be a base for its employees to reach top professional standards, prosperity and the security of self-fulfilment.

Vision

ZVÁNOVEC a.s. aims to be among the most sought-after construction companies in the Czech Republic, to achieve the lowest cost per unit of production and to increase the return on its assets. It strives to continuously improve and to maintain certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
